**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Medication Tech to join our team. The Medication Tech will be responsible for assisting with the administration of medications to patients under the direction of a licensed nurse or physician. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing high-quality care to patients.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a Medication Technician
- Prior experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of medication administration procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Responsibilities:**
- Administer medications to patients as prescribed by the healthcare provider
- Document medication administration and any observed side effects
- Ensure medication orders are accurate and up to date
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies related to medication administration
